The proposed study is an offer for teachers with full pedagogical and teaching qualifications.The primary goal of the study is to enrich the workshop of teachers by preparing them to seek alternatives, and therefore innovation in action, that is, the ability to reflexively distance themselves from routinely practiced global solutions and attempt to seek fundamentally different, and therefore more personal creation of teacher-student encounters. Thus, such a model of teacher training is proposed that will ensure academic quality with an emphasis on the interpretive power of theory and teach continuous reflection on one's own action.
